Adding to the welcoming ambience is Mabel, the friendly four-legged companion that greets you at the gate. Mabel adds an extra touch of charm and warmth, making you feel like you're part of the Bellwether family.
The outdoor kitchen was wonderful to explore, adding leeks and herbs into our skillets to fry up at night over the open fire.
You can take part in wine tastings, where you can chat to the staff about the history of Bellwether and the community that surrounds it. If wine isn’t your thing, you can order coffee and food.
We will be visiting Bellwhether again! They have captured such a warm, welcoming environment that must be experienced.
